Cathy Z became our client since 2015 and she is a registered nursing consultant ICU. Based on her high level of personal income, we walked with her from the very start to build up her property portfolio and use negative gearing  to minimize her personal income tax.  

AUEV Group Pty Ltd is a small-medium sized export company. We assist the owner Jack with the bookkeeping, payroll system, business activity statement through online accounting software XERO. Every quarter all the bank transaction will be uploaded to XERO automatically and the employees' super will be streamed automatically through XERO payroll system. The accounting part becomes so easy for Jack - only one or two phone calls required occasionally and that is it.

AUEIC became our client since 2018. Based on the nature of business and the types of bank transactions, we suggested opening a trust account for parking the clients deposits of school fees and using another bank account as a business operating account. By adopting this method, the actual business income and expense will be able to be tracked easily.

Montclair Kitchen became our client since 2018. Before appointing infinity solution tax plus as the registered agent, the business owner got no idea about the company's tax position. The previous tax accountant did not even remind the client regarding the outstanding BAS payable. Once we took over the job, we firstly called the ATO to apply payment arrangement to enable the client pay off the debt within 12 months. Additionally, we monitored the business cashflow for 3-month and provided some valuable suggestions to strengthen the cash flow.  We also worked with brokers to apply bank overdraft account which will be very important to cover some unexpected out of budget expenditures

Rencontre was launched in 2018 by two founders who are both the fashion designers with full of passion for clothes.

We assisted the clients with company setup, TFN & ABN application, invoice system and reimbursement system etc.  We also picked up the cheapest way to maintain the accounting information for the client (i.e. excel template) since we understood that cost saving is very critical for start-up business.
